Louis Saha Injury May End Everton Striker’s Season

When Louis Saha jumped for a routine headed in the later stages of Everton ‘s 2-1 home win over Fulham , it was difficult to imagine that it could result in the end of the striker’s season. However, a slight bump to the back of the head and a bad landing later and suddenly Saha is looking at a serious ankle injury that could rule him out until the summer. In an interview with French magazine L’Equipe, the striker said: I’m on crutches, I don’t feel good. I don’t know whether I will have this ankle problem for days, weeks or months. But it’s going to be difficult for me to play again before the end of the season. It’s tiresome to get all these injuries. They all come along just when I’m starting to get a run going. It is hard. It sucks. But I’m trying to think positive. Saha’s ankle complaint is yet another blow to Everton’s attack, who’ve been routinely decimated by injury this season. Only Jermaine Beckford remains fit and ready to play up front for David Moyes’ club, who are currently in eighth place in the Premier League.

Hugo Chavez: Marvin The Martian Is Extinct Because Of Capitalism

True fact: Some of the greatest minds in the world including Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla, and Guglielmo Marconi believed that there was a civilization on Mars that was trying to communicate with us. Fast forward to the current day and blithering idiots like Hugo Chavez are telling people Mars had a civilization that was destroyed by capitalism , I have always said, heard, that it would not be strange that there had been civilization on Mars, but maybe capitalism arrived there, imperialism arrived and finished off the planet,” Chavez said in speech to mark World Water Day. My theory? Someone on Mars figured out that they tasted like chicken and next thing you know, it was “Moylent Ying is made of Martians!” Next stop? Extinction. PS: If Hugo Chavez wants to personally go to Mars to explore this, preferably via some sort of gigantic socialist catapult, I am completely in favor of that. Tweet
