Obama will not sign legislation that will balance the budget, and he certainly will never sign any legislation that would amend the constitution. Furthermore, any such legislation would probably never make it out of the Senate, thanks to Harry Reid (and the ignorant voters of Nevada who reelected him.) That leaves us with no resolution regarding our debt crisis. This is exactly what President Obama wants.
